  1. lmao. Loudon moved the ball, they just couldn't get the big play they needed to finish the drives. Redbank's Defense played well. The Redbank offense won't score 3 long touchdowns like they did against Loudon due to poor tackling. Loudon had Redbank in 2, 3rd down situations in the second half and both of them went for about 80 yards because of the poor tackling. Alcoa won't miss these tackles. All I'm trying to say is that Alcoa has better players than Loudon does and I wouldn't expect to break multiple long TD's.
  2. Per a guy on the first Loudon/Redbank thread, "From what I heard Red Bank played real lax last night to avoid injuries." I guess they played lax both games to avoid injuries.
  3. It may be fun to get one of those games on the schedule one year and meet somewhere in the middle.
  4. Why do you say Loudon is overrated? They blew everyone out except Redbank and have only lost 3 games the last two seasons. A team that has no D1 players only lost to a team that has several D1 players 13-0 and 24-14. If that means they are overrated then so be it. Anyway, Alcoa wins this one easy. I don't think Redbank will even score. The Redbank Offense is very basic and will get smothered the Alcoa defense.
  5. Lol. How is upperman going to contain Loudon when they couldn't contain Signal? I would agree that this game has potential to be a good game, but based off of scores of common opponents, Loudon should win easily. If Upperman is going to upset Loudon it'll take a lot of points.
  6. Please leave my Redskins out of this. Watching the game was bad enough. Seeing it everywhere we turn around just makes it worse. lol
  7. And I would say that all of East Tn thinks Alcoa will win. Alcoa not only beat quality teams like Blackman, Dobyns-Bennett, GP, AE and Loudon, Alcoa dominated them. Dominated isn't even the right word I would use to describe what they did to my Redskins.
  8. Any word on York? Based off of their scores, looks like they aren't very competitive.
  9. Unless something changed after last week's game, Loudon is healthy.
  10. The difference in this game to me will be if Loudon can start fast and score some touchdowns early. Red Bank appears to start slow in some games and then they poor it on late. If Red Bank starts slow, Loudon needs to take advantage and get out to an early lead.
  11. Such doom and gloom from some Central fans here. I can see why after getting beat by 62 and 54 the last 2 weeks. There is still a chance to be 5-5 and possibly 6-4 if Loudon was to look foward to next week's bye and not show up. I think Loudon wins easily, but the last 3 can be won for Central. If that is the case (5-5), Central would be looking at a playoff game. There is a lot of season left, just have to keep working.
  12. I can't imagine this game is close, but I also didn't think Sweetwater would be 4-1 at this point in the season. My random guess is 42-7.
  13. I don't think it'll get as bad as 54-0 or 63-0. Loudon called off the dogs against Polk with about 5 min. left in the 2nd qtr when it was 43-0. I think it'll be somewhere around 42-7.
  14. Greenback by at least 35. LC doesn't score.
  15. I think this will be over by halftime. Should be about like the Sequoyah game for the Redskins. Hopefully we can keep them off the scoreboard though.
  16. IDK. I don't think Loudon is any different than they were at the beginning of the season. It's hard to tell since they have blown everybody out.
  17. I agree. Loudon never has things go as good as they did in that game. If this was week 1 or 2 i would say this is going to be a tough one for Greenback. After the last couple of weeks for each team I don't think Greenback has any problems.
  18. LC had one good play against Loudon that resulted in a touchdown. It wasn't even that good, we just did't tackle the guy. Other than that play on offense, it was punt after punt for them. If Loudon wouldn't have dropped so many open passes, the score would've been worse than it was. I will admit, I was dead wrong last week.
  19. Well...I thought Oliver Springs was a quality team judging on how they played up to last week...LC isn't very good at anything they do.
  20. It happens from time to time. I believe it happened to Loudon back in 2009 and/or 2010. They Played 6 road games and 4 home and it flips the next season.
  21. I seriously doubt this will be a 35 point game. Greenback most likely wins, but not by more than 21.
  22. Anyway, back to the task at hand. I believe Loudon wins this one. Signal will most likely challenge us up front. I have heard Signal runs a wing t offense. This could cause us some problems since I have noticed us in a 3-4 all season. I think this could be a problem for us.
