The Creasy boy needs to hit a couple of throws early to loosen that D up, AND they need to get to the edges - up the middle looks tough. Can't let this thread go far without a read or you will be way behind like I was. The young SP team will give MASE all they want. I've said it several times, this team has matured exponentially since the first of the season. In the end the Pirates pull an upset in a tight race.

Good morning all! Great game - had to listen from West TN. Oakland just being Oakland. Kept an eye on the Ravenwood game, I am worried about a repeat of last year this coming week. I hope not.

1:29 to play, Oakland with the ball and up 21-13. What a game!!

Been watching this SP team all year - including an in-person trip to our house. Like almost everyone has said, this team has grown up faster than any young team around. It could be the 1st of at least three trips for this team to fetch the gold ball. It will be a tight game until late in the 3rd, then SP pulls away. Pirates got a fresh shipment of powder in early October, and it has not run out.

Legacy of the SVC lives on.
