I agree, it’s not a good thing. If the powers that be make that decision off one game, that tells me they already knew what they were going to do.

Think he’s a great kid from what little I know. I know he can do it on the field! id like to see that game as well. We got a gauntlet to go through to make that happen.

That would be awesome! That would be a tall task for us. Region 5 is a gauntlet to navigate though. Some great teams over that way. Got to take it one at a time and try to figure out a way to beat a good White House team first. Good luck to the Tomcats as well. I’m out don’t want to hijack Crocketts thread. I would favor Crockett in this game against Millington though.

No doubt Dp81! That was a great game! Maybe not from an execution standpoint because both made mistakes. But that’s what good teams do to each other, cause mistakes. That game wasn’t over till it was over! I got much respect for the Tomcats. I agree with the next year part too!

Really good list of football players! Probably won’t happen but I’d love to see Carter Smith win it.

Y’all definitely play in a very tough region, no doubt. But outside of region play y’all had McKenzie on the schedule and lost. Not downing your team theirs a lot of teams that would lose to McKenzie. We played Giles county and Haywood and won both, hard fought wins but wins .

Haywood’s run D is tough, especially between the tackles. I kept saying at the first of the year I thought you guys would get better every week and by seasons end could be a semi team out of the 7-8 regions. To much talent no to make a run. Next year Haywood will be hard to handle!

missed call no doubt. Several missed the other way too. That call was so big because it would have won Lexington the game though. Lexington also has the ball on the 1yard line twice and scored 3pts on those two possessions. I guess my point is they score 14 pts on those two possessions and that miss call doesn’t probably even happen. Both teams had their chances. I’ve always said Lexington saves their best game of the year for HC

Those things are easy to say if the teams you’re talking about don’t play. I have a ton of respect for two teams mentioned that he said would beat my team by two tds and they very well might IF they played. I think Croppy is a good guy. He’s just a true homer and I admire that too. He just has no respect for Hardin County, never has, never will. But at the end of the day I don’t care. Lexington and HC always has a war on the football field don’t matter who is supposed to win. But all I’m concerned with at the moment is White House.

Looks good to me. There very well could be the 1-A,2-A and 5-A champions on this list! Would love to see that happen. Won’t be easy though. Who can go 5-0

Thanks. I’ve watched their games with Marshall County and PC and they didn’t fair well but there is a lot of teams that wouldn’t fair well against those two teams. Gonna try and watch a couple more WH games this week. Good luck to your Jackets!

I know you really keep up with high school football 38, what your opinion of WH? Strengths, weaknesses etc?

Haven’t watched Station camp play yet. You mention their QB is he big threat with his legs and arm?

From what I gather from most on coach T they not giving region 6 much of a chance against region 5. I agree region 5 is good. I do believe that Lexington and Northside probably don’t have much of a chance in beating PC and Marshall County. I do think Hardin County and South Gibson at least have a punchers chance in their games though. I could be wrong though region 5 may make a clean sweep. I guess we’ll find out Friday night.

SGC will make a game of it. Lost their starting QB and RB early in the season. But have responded pretty well I think. Best I remember they have good size on the D line and good backers as well. Should be a good game

I wish I knew you were there man. Would have enjoyed meeting you. I didn’t want to say a lot on here about it but yes it was cheap. I realize they got robbed on a bad call but that’s part of the game too. They ejected 3 from Lexington and a bunch come off the bench. Just watched it back a few minutes ago and did not see one HC player throw a punch or anything. I understand emotions can be high in big rivalry games but to hit the long snapper with his head basically between his legs could really be tragic. It was a hard shot to the back of his head. Then one grabbed our kicker and slung him to the ground. I have a lot of respect for Lexington coach and think he’s a great one and he I’m sure was not happy with it at all.

Getting my first look at White House. Watching them and Marshall County. White House has a lot of eye candy with that Offense. A lot of formations!
