I like your post! Not sure why anyone (if they are) would avoid Alcoa to have a chance at a Gold Ball! To be the best you have to beat the best! If Alcoa makes it to Chattanooga (saying that because the game hasn't played yet) and a team beats them, that win will be so much sweeter for them! If Alcoa gets put out and the victorious team gets beat in the ship, then everyone would say "they would have lost if they played Alcoa" or "So and so who knocked Alcoa out of playoffs is the real champ". Point is, To be the best you have to beat the best. What goes up, must come down, period. It won't last forever. Much respect to Alcoa from this guy!!

Main point is you are confident in your team, I am confident in my team. Not being disrespectful, just confident. If you want to be confident that Dburg will win by multiple scores, go ahead. It won't bother me at all. It's not like i predicted mercy rule or anything. Also, i am not at all predicting covington to have a big lead at halftime either, more like pulling away late in the 4th. A disrespectful score prediction would have had the chargers up big at the half, i don't think that will happen. Dburg is too good. Again, no disrespect. Praying all players come away injury free. Jokes? Not really! May i remind you that in 2018 Dburg beat Haywood 48-14 in regular season, bet you didn't expect Haywood to beat Dburg in the playoffs 47-14 that same season? Don't get me wrong, Covington will have to play a solid, focused, minimal mistake game to win but the difference is, Covington can very well do this!! It is not out of reach at all.

Disrespectful?? Not sure why it is disrespectful. Put it in their locker room! I don't really care. It's not a matter of how much/little respect i have for Dyersburg, It's about knowing the culture at Covington and the motivation that they have there, this year specifically (how their season ended last year). There motivation and determination goes way deeper than an anonymous coachT fan posting a lopsided score prediction (BTW i am not a professional). I watched the replay of the regular season game btw these two teams and Dyersburg had some things fall their way along with a few out of character Charger mistakes. These same mistakes will not be made tonight. Sorry for seeming disrespectful but that is the confidence i have in the Chargers!! If ya'll win, I'll be cheering for you the rest of the season!!

I like and agree with your post! Dburg is a great regular season team but lack in the playoffs season! The crazy thing is they have the talent every year to compete with anyone, just for some reason can't be a major threat in the playoffs. I also believe that Dburg and covington are evenly matched. Where Covington has the edge is the culture there. It's just different. Covington has won games where they were outmatched as far as talent (dating back to early 2,000's) but the culture embedded in those guys is on a different level. If and when Dburg gets that taste, The culture in Dburg will begin to change!

Dyersburg win by multiple scores?? lol not likely. Ya'll had three big plays that had ya'll in the game! Are ya'll good? Yes!! absolutely!! But the Chargers will be on a different level! I don't think the trojans know what's coming! However, if Dburg wins, I'll pull for ya'll the rest of the way 100%!! Go Chargers!!

I do believe Haywood can win this game however if the Tomcats go into this week of practice as well as the game unfocused and over confident, the Hornets will win! The hornets are too good to overlook, even a little bit!! I personally have a lot of respect for the Hornet program! Whoever wins this game better be ready for a BIG battle next week!!
