Hampton has played a lot of good teams and been deep in playoffs multiple times. Even made it all the way to chatt town for the ship a couple years ago. York is only comparable to Grace Christian as far as their arrogance and how classless they were. York is obviously not used to success. If they were they would handle it with much more grace. The players talking and running their mouth to the opposing teams sideline is a reflection of their Coaches. Hampton has played much better teams than York Institute and gotten beaten or even throttled and it was still done with respect. Meigs County, Trousdale, Oneida, Rockwood, Silverdale Baptist, etc etc..... York is Classless and very disrespectful

York was better team tonight without a doubt. Had nothing to do with the refs imo. York does have a lot of advantages over Hampton. Bigger School, transfers, Trashy coaches who don't send good film, even trashy fans who dont realize the advantages that they have and try to rub peoples noses in it when they get beat. thats why most of everyone you play hates you when its over.

York had kids from all over the place several from Clarkrange that I know of. Most arrogant bunch of pricks i've ever seen. I will be waiting on them to lose to rub your nose in it. The kids and coaches had about the same amount of class as you do. I hope you choke on your turkey.

He has gotten mad several time when Hampton doesnt take it easy on Cloudland like he thinks they should. I think he is a Liberal who likes to complain when "MY SON" gets whipped by Hampton.....

The thing I have always noticed about Oneida is, they have as good if not better athletes than about anyone. Thats why defensively they are always really good (no matter who is coaching). Offensively they are never very good (no matter who is coaching).

They do not belong in public schools.... the advantage they have over other 2A public schools is enormous. The facilities/filed does not replicate that of a rural public school. The TSSAA main office should take a trip to visit the facilities of these schools to determine the level playing field.

The only reason the kid left was because of Eagleton's trainer telling him he had to go to the E.R. over a sprained ankle. #55 was very dirty and Eagletons coaches never said a word to him. Probably one of the worst teams Hampton has played as far as running their mouth. Eagleton wasn't really tackling Buleson so they probably wasn't real concerned.

I have ties to SG and Elizabethton both, I feel like CC should look at what these school systems are doing IMO.

If Carter County doesn't play SG should have an excellent chance of beating SN and Cosby lol.....The Carter County BOE has let their schools down.

From what I have read, Carter County hasn't had any football player who has tested positive. It doesn't make since for them to shut down with no cases??? Why did HV cancel practice with no cases? I think they probably contributed to pushing the County to shut down.

Well since its right around the corner now how does everyone think their team will be this year? I look for SG to compete for the Conf. title. good QB and some pretty good WR's

South Greene should have a pretty good bunch back this year. Should be pretty athletic.
