That’s one thing our our boys have is a ton of heart and if anyone knows anything about football, they know that heart can outshine talent on any given Friday Night. The turnovers were not near the end zone. One penalty was but was just 5 yard penalty. They had 15 yard penalty but was after UC touchdown and was assessed afterwards.Yes Covington will be good and go far this year.

UC opens its season against a powerhouse in Ensworth. Yes I know their history and that they are a solid program but can promise these Tornadoes will be ready to battle to the end. Win or Lose Ensworth will know they played a hard nose football team in UNION CITY. Hoping for a 14-7 win for UC and a injury free game for both sides.

Union City only had 7 seniors but the juniors started last year too so the experience is there.

You are so pathetic. Nobody has ever said any of the schools you named didn’t belong on the same field. You all have some great kids because I know a lot of them and know they will compete with they beat anyone has. Nobody has self proclaimed Union City as anything this year, so quit trying to use that to fire your boys up because they can do that on there on. Just chill and enjoy the season. It’s about them.
