East is definitely down for sure. But saying Gordy is bad/soft/slow etc isn’t exactly true at all. They are a solid football team and if are at full health, have a good shot at getting to Chatt. SP is absolutely the team to beat in the East but Gordy is the only team that could possibly beat them

Had 3-4 starters resting injuries tonight.. All starters were done early.. And if it wasn’t wet when Clay Co and Gordy played last week. Gordy would have won by 28+ And would beat them by more than 7 if they played again. Not saying Gordy beats SP but they aren’t as bad as you’re saying. Have a nice ride back to copperhill

They have 6 seniors

The only quality win I would say they have is Cornersville. & only beating jo Byrns by 1 score doesn’t look too good. Could have been a bad week/poor officiating/sloppy field conditions etc. but to have only gotten to 2nd rd last year and not have many quality wins, sitting at #5 thru 7 weeks seems a little generous
