Am I missing something? She didn’t win at Stewart’s Creek really except games she was suppose to win, never did anything special. They lose a great coach and hire an average coach.

Shelbyville is awful and will remain awful, he is a good enough coach to understand that and leave.

If Bobo was the best player then that team is in a lot of trouble. They lost three seniors who carried them and Nutt was by far their best player the last two seasons. Bobo will find it hard to have success without those others around her to take some of the pressure of the defense and ball handling off her. I agree with FC, smart scheduling on their part If that team is going to be so weak.

What is going at franklin county and tullahoma? Both of their rosters were posted and they have a lot of freshmen on both teams but not much else? Is this coaching issues with both programs? Girls not coming back to the teams because of the lack of coaching? I remember the last few years Tullahoma was putting girls in college and fc had girls going to school and now the last couple years these new coaches have not put anyone in school at the next level. What is the real problem?

I think Franklin County will keep us on the schedule and Tullahoma should be really bad next season if what I hear is true about no talent coming from the middle schools and a bunch of returners not coming back because of the coaching but they will have to play each other. Warren County should play Franklin County that would be a good game and seeing those two coaches match against each other would be worth the admission, almost worth the price of watching Coach Cope or Coach Tipps fluster the college guy over in Tullahoma when he did not know what to do this past season.

Saw where Tullahoma finally got rid of the principal who could not keep anyone because of how bad he was. Maybe they will get back to winning again and getting players there.

Not a great record anywhere he has been and does not stay anywhere very long. I have heard franklin county has lost some players and tullahoma has not had many at their spring workouts, so might be a few more jobs in the midstate opening up if you can’t keep players or get players in your program.

That is probably because of the administration within the system of the school. It was bound to happen at some time.

That name is even better than the previous ones you threw out earlier. There must of been no interest in the warren county job if Brandon is the front runner.

It is getting very late in the year to be making a significant change at this point in any situation. Those names you mentioned that is funny. When is the last time those have won without being carried by the talent given to them?

Assistant coaches are moving more than head coaches. I think Warren County will have an entirely new staff and Tullahoma looks like they will have all new assistants but the same head coach, seems nobody really wants to work for the current coach and his player and staff turnover reflects on that. Lincoln County might add to its already experienced staff and build on their success. I have been hearing that Coffee County will also have a staff position open up.

If you know the previous coach you could see this coming. He chased only wins with no relationship building with the middle schools in the county. They will be bad for years and a lot of it is his fault.

Sounds like a couple new assistant hires in this area could be in trouble.

I do not think White County will be competitive when it matters. They always start off really well then as the season goes on they just fall off. A lot of talent in that area just nobody to harness it.

I asked a few of my friends in Tullahoma who said they do not know if McMurtry will apply but that he should.

I believe the issue is the old head coach did not develop any relationships with the middle school or other schools just worked towards this year. That makes the relationship side of building a program that much tougher for whomever comes in. Attractive job as long as fans aren’t unrealistic.
