But yes, you could say that an out-of-state transfer I guess even though he was just coming back home and, from what I heard, his original intentions were not Alcoa, that’s how it went.

Well, there’s quite a massive gap between getting an out-of-state transfer from Florida or Texas etc, and getting an in-state transfer. If Alcoa just randomly started getting transfers from Texas, Florida, and other states around the US, there would be a lot of questions raised.

Calling Farragut High School clean is a little bit of a stretch, look no farther than the baseball team. They always get transfers from Texas, Florida, and other states. Their football team has benefited off transfers for a while, and they're starting to do the same in basketball. They’re definitely far from a clean program. But yes, they have gotten lucky with some people who just wanna come to Farragut but saying the coaches have had no under the table. Conversations with any of their transfers is kind of silly.

That’s quite an understatement. There were a lot of problems with the Old grass field. I never watched a football game, but I did watch a few soccer games on the football field, and it was like straight from a cartoon, every time I went, it got worse and worse. I don’t think they had anybody hired to take care of it. At least I hope not because, good God, if they did, they did a terrible job, but I’m pretty sure it was an open field before the School was there, so they didn’t do anything to the land that was there, they just put some lines on it and called it a football field. They didn't pave it, they didn't do anything to prepare it, as common sense will tell you. That’s a bad idea, it was always so muddy, and holes were everywhere. Cleats never stuck after it rained, they would just sink. It was a really bad field. I don't know how much it cost Hardham Valley unless it was free, but they did themselves a good thing by getting a turf field.

Bearden got one of those guys on YouTube who takes pics, and then they have someone on Twitter, and I think Ig, who posts all the news around Bearden sports, not just football. I wish more teams did that and had students who go out of their way to make sports fan pages for their high school but can't also get what they want.

Yes, he is very good and a funny story about him. Miami (OH) Scots went to look at some West players but found him and offered him and no one else. I'm sure it happens a lot, but it's just funny to hear about it.
