I guess I dont understand how Grace is still in the top 25....when East Ridge beat them by a score of 5-1....and East Ridge tied CCS....why isnt East Ridge in the top 25????

how did the tie happen with east ridge??? i know east ridge is alot better this year...but did ccs just have a bad game or is east ridge that much improved??? or did ccs have some key players out?

Totally agree...it is called but not consistently and it messes with the pitchers mind and her pitches...and it will effect the outcome of the game.

At Hixson, 6:00, pouring down rain. The field was more of a mudpit, even though the rain stopped before the game began. It was a dogfight throughout the whole game. Notre Dame scoring with 2.30 left in the first half. Hixson having 2 shots bouncing off the cross bar. The second half was pretty evenly matched. Notre Dame scored off of a cross from a direct kick with 7 minutes left in the game. Hixson, with yet another shot off the crossbar. Neither team really "dominated," the play was on both sides of the field. It was good to see both teams coming off the field talking with each other, though. It shows what the sport is really about. Thoughts?

Hixson was missing several key players, and added one who just came off an injury for the first time this year. The field was underwater in several parts, but excuses aside, Hixson came in overconfident (just like they did in their tie with Central) and Sequatchie was up 2-0 in the first ten minutes, because they came to play. Congratulations to them! Ibrahim marked Seq's key player in the second half, causing the team to shut down completely. Hixson vs Notre Dame at Hixson tonight at 6.

That is exactly what I was talking about earlier....there are always ways not to run up the score.... What a nice coach you must have....I guess I have never seen a 19-0 soccer score before. Now on the other hand if Notre Dame had 10 different players score...maybe that would be okay...I think Even then I feel really bad for the other team.

Do you think that they were just trying to stack their stats??? I think that there shoulod be another rule that says only 3 points can go toward your stats espcially if you have 8 or 9 goals in one game. That just means the other team is probably very weak...

Congratulations East Ridge your team has come a long way over the last couple of years..... Wouldnt it be nice to see East Ridge and Hixson in the finals this year... Just a change...something different.... Could it happen????

Sad very sad...... I dont care what you say....no team has to run up a score like that... its almost unbelievable.... tell me it was incorrect.... even if Bledsoe has a new team there are always ways not to run up the score like that... dont shot!!!!!!!

Hixson scores topped that of Soddy's at competitions even though Soddy had massive numbers, and therefore already gets extra points.

Notre Dame, CCS, and Hixson are all in the same district and one will not advance to regions. It just seems a shame that because a team is in a strong district it is just their tough luck. mjuhb you have these 3 teams ranked 1,4,9........then you have weaker teams in weak districts that advance much further.....what are your thoughts???

WOW......if I remember correctly Hixson tied Notre Dame 1-1 last year on October 3th........Keep up the good work lady Wildcats, it would be great to see you all go to the region this year!!!
