Marshall County wins 51-27. Shelbyville threw for a ton of yards. Had 3 completions over 60 yards.

Gonna be 14-10 after 1. Shelbyville just completed a 99 yard td pass. Also has a 60 yard completion. Marshall County has been far superior other than those 2 plays.

Marshall County Hail Mary is incomplete on last play. Cane Ridge wins 27-20 after scoring with about a minute and a half left. Cane Ridge had to have had close to 200 yards in penalties. If they clean that up some, that defense and running back will be very good all year.

Cane Ridge up 20-13 going to 4th. Marshall County was threatening then Wallace fumbled trying to throw and Cane Ridge took it back for a touchdown. Bad snap led to Cane Ridge blocking a punt on the next drive, and Cane Ridge is down in the red zone when play resumes.

Absolute slugfest thus far. So far, Cane Ridge's defense looks as good as any that Marshall County has seen in the Osteen era

I think they'll be good again. They lost a lot, but they still brought back some players that were key players along with some younger guys who will start getting more playing time I don't think they'll be able to run through the schedule (minus the Stratford game) until the semifinals again like they did last year. The Spring Hill game should be a really good one. I think that a good bit of people will consider Spring Hill the more talented team going into that game.

Marshall County wins the championship game 75-55. CPA wins the consolation. Seeding for the region: 1) Marshall County 2) Giles County 3) CPA 4) Cascade

Marshall County won by 6. Might've ended up 4. Blew a double digit lead trying to stall the ball then couldn't hit free throws. Got interesting inside the last minute.

Wow on the Giles-CPA game. I didn't think anyone in the district would beat CPA.

I would bump Stone Memorial out then put Spring Hill in there. They have some really good athletes returning.

I would guess Marshall, Cascade, Page. Giles-Page is a real toss up to me. Giles has struggled post Christmas break, but they still played CPA and Cascade close plus beat Marshall before the break. They could get hot that night and advance.

I'd guess the winner of the Marshall County-Spring Hill game will come from quad 2. Marshall County loses a good bit, but they return a lot of the defensive line plus some offensive linemen. They bring back the main running back who will be a hoss. Plus Wallace should continue to improve. They have a few young receivers and athletes ready to step in. They might not dominate the schedule as much next year, but Osteen and staff are building a program. They learned at Giles where they still contended even after losing key players every year.

Ballgame. Central defensive line took that one over. Marshall County made some mistakes, but Central just kept getting pressure. Thought Marshall County was going to blow it open but a key fumble let Central back in it, and they took advantage.

From the north, get off I65 at exit 32 and take a left. Ride that road then you will see a sign that says "Welcome to Tiger County" or something along those lines across from a restaurant and shopping center. Turn right at that sign onto White Dr. Stadium will be on your left almost immediately. There are two entrances to park at off that road. You can also park at the Lewisburg Recreation Center and enter the stadium area from that side. There is parking in a big lot there near the stadium.

What year is Smith? Got to see the speed tonight and was very impressed. I know Oden will be back too.

Spring Hill just scored a touchdown to stop the mercy rule. 46-13 with 4 left in the 4th.

29-6 at the half. Marshall County had a couple of big drives late in the half. Refs are just awful for both teams in this game. Thrown way too many flags so far.

7-6 Marshall County after 1. Marshall County has been really sloppy committing 7 penalties. Spring Hill offense has had success early. Smith popped off a long TD run.

I think it is because all of the athletes that made Ravenwood so good these last few years are now at Nolensville. Hester wouldn't have left Ravenwood for a brand new school if there weren't going to be some serious players there. I think they also have a young QB who has the chance to be something special. I don't think they'll be in 4A past 2018 though. I think there was a rule that allowed Summitt to be bumped up before the classification period ended because the school had gotten so big so quickly. I could be way off on that one though.

After a quick look, I have 7-1A, 5-2A, 4-4A, and 5-4A all going undefeated in round 1.
