I don't see Westview losing anymore during the regular season. Dyersburg is having trouble with everyone and I don't see them handing the Chargers a lost. The Boston Legal stuff is killing me. I watch it every Sunday, but I don't care about reading anything about it on CoachT.

You are probably right. Not taking any drinks into the gym is the worse idea I have ever heard. I think it hurts the concession stand and the gym is going to get dirty anyway. We tried to get a petition against it, but it got shot down.

The probation that DC received during Coach Hopkin's career was two years probation three years ago. I don't think they should punish DC and Newbern for a bus ride and a fight that occurred three years ago.

Why are the tournaments not being held at Dyer County? Every year it is at Westview and Gibson. Now that Dyer County has the faciltiy to hold the fans, we should host it. Somebody told me that it was because DC is still on probation from the brawl three years ago. If that is the case, the probation was suppose to be for two years and I would like to know who I could complain to.

Candycane, Lake Co. was a rough game for the Choctaws, but it had more to do with it than Fisk and Mason. Nobody was hitting shots from anywhere except for Fisk and Mason. The loss was from poor shooting and fundamentals. I didn't agree with the decisons made in the final minute of the game, but it happens. They will work on their mistakes and be ready for Obion Co. tomorrow.

I think the Choctaws are really wanting a win after a heartbreaker to Lake Co. I think that if they shoot like they had been the past couple of games, I think they can upset to Rebels at the Pit.

Where is district 13AA being played. I believe that it should be Dyer County's turn to host the tournament, but someone said that because of probabtion they couldn't. The probation was for two years and ran out last year.

I think the Dyersburg girls just overlooked Union City. I don't think they could buy a bucket either with only scoring 37 points.

Lady Choctaws came out ready to play tonight with a much needed district win. With Cali Cupples stepping up the way she has in the past couple games, I think that the Choctaws are playing at a diffrent level. Good luck Choctaws.

Denzel is a cool cat, but he ain't no Travolta.

I thought Samuel Jackson was awesome. He showed a diffrent side than his movies like Pulp Fiction. If John Travolta was an assistant coach in the movie, it would be the greatest movie of all time.

It is the second best basketball movie ever behind Hoosiers.

Dyer County is coming off a win while Crockett is coming off 3 straight loses. The momentum and home court should help the Choctaws edge this one out.

Does anyone have any stats or info about this game. I left with 4 minutes to go and I thought Dyer County was up by 15, but the score sounds like it was an interesting game.

I have always disliked the TSSAA and this does not help. If they approve, would the motion come into effect this year or next?

The Tornados might want to focus on getting through West Tennessee and Memphis before going to the 'boro. They are by far good enough to make it there, but they wil have to play some very talented teams to get there.

Liberty has really suprised me this season. I did not hear anyone say anything about them at the start of the season, but they have everyone talking about them now. I went and watched them play Covington and a couple of other times and I was impressed by not just their starting five, but by their bench as well. I love watching their 5'3" point guard and the white guy that shoots the ball from half court. The twins on their team know how to put on a show too. I am looking forward to seeing this team play in the 'boro.

How are the northside girls this year? I heard that they have a very good point guard, but I have not heard anything else about the team. I watched them scrimmage Dyer County earlier in the year and I thought they were a pretty good team. It probably wouldn't hurt for the Dyersburg faithful to look into some hotel reservations in the 'boro for March.

This DC team plays hard for 32 minutes a game. The biggest problem they have is small mistakes like a missed layup or a errand pass. These things can be fixed with time. By tournament time everyone will see how good this coach has done and how good the team can be. I am not saying they will make a state run, but I say they will be a dangerous team come tournament time.

DC has to get that fire and heart they displayed early in the season. Its still there its just got to sparked. But they are gonna have to build a bonfire with that spark before Friday to win.
