Carter played their hearts out but came up short on that screen pass. Good job to both teams. Not a seat was filled in the last 3 mins. of the game because everyone was standing up! Rivalry games are always Good! Carter played sloppy last friday night and Gibbs has played sloppy the last few weeks. We'll see who takes this one to the house.

I think it will be a good game and thats why I started this thread, I didnt start it for some football reject to come on and diss any High School football team! AE has a good team this year, its their homecomming, and their competing for a chance to make the playoffs. BUT Anderson Co. just came off a loss to Catholic and Im sure they are fired up. After comming off a big win against Pigeon Forge can Union Co. take the sting to the Hornets? A big region game for both teams, Carter trying to stay lossless and Union Co. trying to get to the playoffs. What do you you think will happen?

Hey Tribe Fan, things must be pretty bad at McMinn. To come on here and run down Blankenship Field is quite comical. I suggest you come up here and see for yourself a first class facility, and you'll get a chance to watch a good football team while your at it. By the way, we already played "The Tribe", they're from Kingsport. Prepare for a beating.

Who do you all think will be up for the 3A Mr. Football award. Just to throw a name out Evan Littlejon from Carter. Ive never seen him get in trouble and on the field its like playing Catch Me If You Can. Last year he was also All KIL Academic team.Anyone else you guys can think of.

SD has turned a corner after winning the last two games. Unfortunately, around the corner lies Watts and crew. I look for it to be close for a quarter and a half, but Powell wins big after that. Sure SD has had two wins but look who they have played, Gibbs and Clinton are not very good. They got beat badly by Carter 44-7 and West 45-16 and Sevier Co. 41-0. I just dont see that shakin out.
