  1. more importantly that kid from knox catholic shouldn't have even been in the finals in the first place. nick forte from BA destroyed the kid in the first round that knox halls kid only scored two points during the match and that was when nick let him up. the rest of his points came when the ref gave nick three stalling calls in the last fifteen seconds of the match giving you four points and the win 7-6
  2. could someone please list what the think the probable lineups for any teams that they know of. [Edited by bafan01 on 11-28-02 9:50A]

    Best Kickers

i think i'll list the schools that kody is having to decide from: oklahoma, ohio state, notre dame, texas, auburn, kentucky, arkansas, vanderbilt, mtsu, ole miss, and i'll give you one guess as to who was at the BA game on friday scouting him, it was georgia. if andy bailey was better than Kody he would be getting the national attention, but he's not
  5. the temperature was 31 degrees at the game. there were a lot of kids already sick, and if you're just sitting around with sweat on you in that kind of cold you get colder.going into the playoffs you want everyone completly healthy. it was not a matter of showing up father ryan or making sure that the score was not run up. he was just trying to keep his players healthy.
  6. i'm not sure but i figure that kody might be the best punter in the state since he is preseason all-america. he averaged 52 yards per punt last year and made a 63 yard fieldgoal against mccallie last year. at last friday's game he made a 66 yard field goal while warming up at halftime.
  7. We're talking about a team that held Brentwood's high-flying offense to seven points, St. Xavier, a team that was ranked 19th in the USAtoday national poll at the end of last year, to 21, Briarcrest, runnerup in dII-AA last year to 7 points, which was a fluke touchdown against the second and third team defense, and MUS to ten points, seven of which were once again against the second team after the game was out of hand. Theres not a team that has faced the quality teams BA has and performed the way they have.
  8. first off i can tell you for a fact that the graduation rate for last year was 100%. one major reason why BA might withhold ACT and SAT scores is because of the low number of people there. also Rollred, you claim that ba's the one that keeps people just for there athletic ability. well the kid that was on the front page of the paper today that's enrolled to MBA for seventh grade this upcoming year flunked out of BA in his sixth grade year. if your allegations were true then why did your school let this flunkout 300pounder in?
  9. i was reading the new Street & Smith magazineand in it they had their high school all-american team. there are two on the list from tennessee one is Kody Bliss from Brentwood Academy and the other is Steven Jones from Brentwood. steven is among nine devensive lineman on the list and Kody is the only punter or kicker on the list. after the all-americans it lists a honerable mention of other seniors to watch. those from tennessee on it are: (in order of position) John Phillips QB-University high school, Memphis, TN Taron Henry Utility Player - Riverdale, Murfreesboro,TN Chris Russell Utility Player- Hillsboro, Hillsboro,TN Jonathan Ward Utility Player- Collinwood, Collinwood,TN Adarius Bowman WR- Notre Dame, Chattanooga,TN Bobby Todd OL- Whitehaven, Memphis,TN Kenyon Buford DL- Riverdale, Murfreesboro, TN Quinton Turner DL- East High School, Memphis,TN Antoine Owens LB- Ezell-Harding, Antioch, TN these nine are on a list of approximately 450. obviously my top two are steven jones and slightly ahead of him kody bliss.
  10. the score was either 38-7 or 48-7 for BA. the touchdown by franklin co. was on BA's second and third team.
