Is anyone else having trouble with the stream for the championship game? This is ridiculous. Edit: Looks like they fixed it

I was at the game. Agreed, white house had more chances in the first half and was very close to scoring a couple goals but after the first goal, CPA was able to get some possession and settle down. Second half, WH wasnt really able to generate good scoring chances and CPA played great team defense. Second goal should have been stopped by the keeper but he is young so it doesn't surprise me (still a good shot). If WH had scored in the first half, game could have been different. CPA played a lot more physical and shut down the two big players for WH. My predictions WH over Notre Dame (1-0) I think this game is a toss up as it seems Notre Dame has been playing better soccer recently and WH doesn't look as strong as they did early on. Depends on which team shows up. CAK over TCA (4-0) CAK is not only good but they have the experience. If you just look at the schedules, CAK has played better quality opponents and has 130+ goals to its name. That is incredible G. Greeneville over Kingsbury (2-1) Don't know much about these teams but I am moving to the Johnson City area so Ill pull for Greeneville! CPA over East Hamilton (2-0) This will be a great rematch (Score was 3-1 EH last time). I'm pulling for CPA but East Hamiliton is a top notch program. Both teams are playing great in the post season (EH with a 4-0 win over CCS and CPA with a 3-0 win over WH). In the previous game, CPA played a game right before but no excuses. They need to play their best game if they want to win.

Well if CPA and CAK make it to state then they are automatically matched up! Haha. Two years in a row that happened. Made for a great PK shootout and 1-0 win both in CAKs favor. Just wished it could have been the finals instead of the first round. We will see what happens this year. We are playing in a couple hours. Saw that you guys advanced fairly easily. Best of luck!

CPA just brought tons of pressure and possessed extremely well. They had about 4 goals in 15 min in the first half. MLK had about 6 or 7 total shots in the game. CPA keeper made a great save on one but that was the only threat. The score was 5-0 at half. CPA just possessed the rest of the game.

I agree with you about Heritage. They have shown nothing. But CPA just beat MLK 6-0. Incredible performance.

Last Saturday... CPA vs Overton tied 1-1. Good first scrimmage for both teams.

We will just have to see when the season starts

CPA has not lost a regular season district game in 3 years. They are 32-2-2 overall including playoffs in 9/AA. These are just past results and I am not using them to predict anything. CPA will be a top team in this district though.

Coach Brett Armstrong is returning to coach the CPA lions this year! Just in case none of you all knew yet

CPA has used the flat four for a long time now and even though we have a "new" coach he was the assistant last year so we are keeping that defense. Doesnt mean we arent going to miss Coach Brett because he was a really amazing coach. Anyway the flat four really is an awesome defense especially since its much easier to build an attack and control the ball instead of just playing kick and run (which can easily happen in the stopper sweeper setup)

Those are two solid teams! CPA has scheduled MBA, Father Ryan, and BGA. All of which are at the last 5 games of the season. Should be some awesome competition for us!
