I dont know where in franklin you are comin from but its just as easy to get to Brentwood as it is to get to Centennial from out near Ravenwood. If anything its probably easier to get to Brentwood from Franklin. They shouldnt have cancelled that game tonight

Yeah i cant think of a better coach in 11-AAA than Jay Johnson. He has consistently great seasons and always brings a strong team to play.

Franklin found their new Bio teacher quicker than Centennial has taken to find a new coach. Im surprised that the administration isnt more into getting this whole thing squared away and done. I know at Franklin Campbell and Ruck support athletics completely it kinda stinks that its not the same at Centennial. I mean for a while its kinda funny to be like hey its Franklin vs. Centennial tonight in football wonder whats gunna happen and you know the outcome before school even starts. Centennial needs to get serious and get the right people in there and get the job done. I would liek to see them have a complete turnaround and actually have a chance at making something of themselves when they play.

Actually i would say Overton is proabably better than Independence (just goin out on a limb) so that would put htem ahead of Indy in the "Best team who didnt make the playoffs BS Poll"

yeah no doubt about it they have a really good chance. this team is a completly different team in the playoffs, dont underestimate them.

Call Centennial High School in Franklin they need all the help they can get

Im watchin the tape right now....man i didnt realize how many penalties Franklin had. Also right now im at 6:16 in the 4th and Sellers and Nichols have been switching out since half time which i also didnt catch last night. I heard that Sellers was hurt guess not. Bad mistake on the coaches part. Overall Franklin was strong all night but penalties and turnovers killed them. We will be back next year though and hopefully the coaches will ahve it all together then. Thats not an excuse thats simply a statement of what happened. If i remember right uve had your share of excuses this year too.

OK sry about bein so harsh ive had a rough night other than us just losin... I do give credit to Hendersonville though they did play a good game. I was jsut sayin we werent all together tonight and if we were it would have been a better game...overtime maybe?? Im not sayin those were flukes but just if our team was full strength the whole game during this one and the Indy one it woulda been different. The first Ravenwood loss there was a question about whether or not the 2pt. convertion was good or not...from where i was it looked really close but the second ravenwood game was straight up clean they played better than Franklin

Nope not Centenial. More like i support Franklin. I dont abandon my team either i support them through the good and bad. We will be back next year.

yeah thats about it though and that was coming off a week where we lost our starting qb and used a second string who started the rest of the season and then he got hurt at that game and we ended up puttin in a third string qb who didnt have any experience in a game. Im pretty sure their comeback came from our offense.

Coach Clayton must be pretty good. He got Franklin to the playoffs 2 yrs out of the 2 that he has been there, it normally takes alittle time to adjust to a new coach and also it must show something pulling off that win against Dickson in a very very close game that alot of ppl though would go the other way. Franklin held on and that took some serious disipline. Franklin just choked after halftime. For some reason the starting QB didnt play after halftime (the guy next to me said it was due to and injury) and they didnt run as much which i disagree with. Next year will be another good year. There will be alot of returning players and they will have a strong team once again. Also you dont have much room to talk seeing that Independence didnt make it to the playoffs when all i heard at the Franklin game was that they would go to state. Looks liek the coach there let the team fall apart at the end of the season.

Im right there with u man it was sad to see the coaches and some of my friends that play after that game. Everyone at Franklin expected a win tonight and atleast three games. Tonight was a wierd first round....Many ppl would have picked Franklin, Brentwood, Gallatin and Dickson but the opposite came out of that. Im not sayin everyone but alot of ppl thought that would be the outcome.

if you can say that DC shut down Franklin then you can say Franklin shut down DC also. They have similar TEAM stats and they did about the same as each other. Individual stats may have been alittle off but as a team both teams did not do as good as their season stats have been. So what im sayin is nobody was outplayed or shut down it was an even game and it came down to the kicking game in the end and Franklin won. If DC had dominated they would have won with that FG that they ended up missing right before OT. They missed and therefore they lost. Thats it no one was outplayed and im sick of hearin how Franklin got outplayed, and if that was so then the score would ahve been different. People talked all week about DC and their power run. I didnt see any power run in that game from any team. Everything balanced out to make this equal. The game came down to one thing....kicking. If you cant kick sometimes it means you cant win. I remember standing there thinkin this game could go on all night long if it had to but after the missed extra point it was over. So thats it get over it Dickson can lose to a team in region 6 and be equal to them. They will probably play Gallatin 2nd round and i think dickson will lose. Franklin has had some rough times with their passing game but they have a strongdefensive, running, and kicking game. They will be able to get their passing down in time to make it count trust me. Also Franklin only allowed 18 points on the same teams (replacing Franklin with Dickson). They only allowed 6 points per game on those three.
