I love your helmets and hope this is the year your team gets over the hump in the State Title game.For Cak also they are looking at this game as a must win.They have 2 very winable games left on their schedule which will give them 4 wins.They will need to beat either Your Pirates or Alcoa for win 5 and a playoff spot.By the way all but 1 loss could have been a win for Cak.

In all fairness every school has players,coaches and fans who are mouthy.Kingston is always classy.I didn't like the Kingston fans(just a few) who called Catholic cheaters but also child molesters.They were very lucky it didn't get really bad after that comment.I hope I didn't offend anyone by the way.I hate when people talk trash to fans of schools like Cak and Grace among others.Then when those fans defend themselves the foul mouthed troublemakers always say "I can't believe they talk like that at private schools.some christians" laughable.

Score and tempers out of hand @ Catholic 2 or 3 different fights already.Frustration build up I think.Catholic accused of being unchristian like but aren't we all supposed to be Christians Public or Private? Not fair to keep push the privates around and they can't fight back

The few times South Doyle is on tv and on radio it seems many are against them.I listen and watch many games especially with my parents not being well.The tv announcers yesterday were pointing out each and every time SD was holding or whatever penalty happened begging the refs to throw a flag.meanwhile they questioned the calls against Hardin Valley and I thought this was pretty pathetic.They have not done this in past games but I have heard this done many times to South Doyle.I despise that worthless Mike Keith who years ago when South Doyle had one of it's best teams in history never gave them ANY credit and openly rooted against them.I like many different teams for different reasons but I disagree with the Cherokees treatment.Another memory was the Mcminn County station running SD in the ground in the playoff game

It is going to be a long season there.So much heart but over their heads.I hope Matt stays and builds them into a winner like he promised.They need about 100 more kids(at least 15 football players) there which would help. They might win 3 games this season.What Class would they be if they played in Public? But that would mean no scholarships correct?

The kids from Byrdstown Tennessee have ended their long losing streak last night!!!! The Bobcats 17 the Bulldogs of Clinton County Kentucky 15.A step in the right direction.So happy for the kids.I hope they win some more games this season and build on this win!!!!!

I recall Seymour made a big deal a few years back they beat Maryville in that goofy Jamboree.Seymour had a horrible year and Maryville won State.Just a Jamboree

I know Clark Duncan was supposed to go there.They played in a jamboree a few years back but the TSSAA pulled the plug on them when they said the homeschoolers couldn't play for them unless they paid to go to school there.Anyone know if they are still trying to play or did they just decide to give up

First I have to laugh reading about all this.Mr.Daniel is a great man who does so much for not only the community but High School football and others.His son got the job and his heart is big and he cares so that is a start.He wants to put good coaches around him and win.This reminds me of my baseball playing days when nobody wanted to manage or coach but ran their mouth all year.Little Johnny or Joey couldn't catch or hit but by God they should be a All Star.Well 1 year we had a great Manager who asked if anybody wanted to coach,he heard nothing so he went up to 2 parents and threw a hat at them and said you are my coaches now the rest of you come out and enjoy the games but if I hear a peep out of anybody I will ban you from the field!! Give the guy a chance.He is looking for a good coaching staff.The players need to be dedicated too and not run to mommy and daddy when they aren't babied.Hit the weight room,practice,go to camps,build strength and stamina.I like the Lions and Coach Daniel.Go get em Lions!!!

I am a fan of many teams but a relative works @ CAK.I look forward to a great game.I'm a Warrior fan first and foremost but cheer for the other guys great players too.I must say my brother and I went up a few years back to see Alcoa play there.Alcoa still contends the refs are in the back pocket at Betsy but I didn't see that.What I seen was each and every person from there I met to be super nice beyond words.I also seen pretty much every house with a Cyclones go sign in the window.People came up to my brother and myself and engaged in conversation asking us where we were from and guessed we were Alcoa fans though we were for both teams.Anyways it was very cold(we are from Chicago) and these nice people invited us to their front yard,let us use the bathroom and we enjoyed their bonfire and met many nice people.we roasted marshmallows,had hot cider and coco and popcorn.they wouldn't take money but I gave a 5er to the little kids to enjoy.The Betsy fans really impressed me.I can't wait to come back.I hope they will have programs and t-shirts.I still have the paper and stuff I got there last time they gave out.Beautiful area.I also enjoyed the funny stories about Happy Valley from the Cyclone fans lol but they did like the Rangers

It wasn't as close as I expected.i like both teams so I was happy.good sportsmanship by the way on both sides.giles.co isn't all they're cracked up to be.and livingston is dangerous.they remember the pounding they got last year!!

The TSSAA did NOT do RBS a favor by putting them in that massive district the the Little Giants.They would have had a real shot of making the playoffs with Clay,Montery,Pickett,Jackson all evenly or close matched(Pickett will come up).Instead the poor kids may revert back to what happened in the 80's/90's there.I hope not but yikes!!!

any bowl games thursday or saturday or 11th games? i know cleveland and north greene went 5 and 5 and last year upperman and red boiling played a 11th game which was neat.always good to see lots of football!! thanks!!

Thank You to all for your prayers!!! My mom's test for cancer have come back negative!!!! She is 100% clean and feeling better!!!! I'm so happy as is my brother,dad and whole family!!! plus I got some excellent stuff in the mail today from Cumberland.Co.the letter was so great.just to know I never was mad.so awesome the Jets.i will be up there next year!! God and Jesus are great!!!
