Great pitching effort by Spencer Nelson. Brian Petty 4-4 with a two run jack. Clayton Gant 3-3. Good job Bruins!! Bats still smokin!!!

Started slow, but picking up last few games. Had two HR's last Tues. nite. Hit good today also. He has a good future in baseball!!

Good Job Bruins ! thumb I talked with a team dad this week and he says everyone on the team is doing a great job batters 1-9. Says they have hitting depth on the bench. The senior leadership is there and apparently has carried over from football. Coach Dyer must be very happy today with the dominating win against Goodpasture. What was the atmosphere at the game like?

Lots of smiles and cheering from the Bruin fans. Lots of crying about the umps and long faces from the GP side. To be honest, I don't think USJ played their best today.

GP is a good A team but it appears USJ is significantly better right now. The question is can they keep it up all year?

Moreland was well behaved today. By the way, the best catcher on the field was USJ's Josh Liles.
