Old Redskin
score? details? 825659974[/snapback] Kingston won 4-2. Both teams pitched well. The difference was Loudon made alot of errors in the infield. All were routine plays that they just didn't make. The Kingston pitcher really did a good job. The kid deserves some credit. Loudon will have to sit back and watch to see if they can capture another district title. Should be an interesting next week of baseball! automatic
What are the region standings now after last nights game? Also, does anyone know if the runs Everett gave up last night were earned?
LCborn
Wow! Does that give Loudon, LC, AC, and Kingston all 2 district losses? That makes finishing the suspended AC vs. LC game and the rest of the district games next week huge!

I don't believe you call those earned runs?? Sorry, but good try. Look forward to seeing you @ Loudon.
bleachercoach
correct me if i'm wrong, but if a pitcher walks a batter and that batter ends up scoring off a base hit, wouldn't that be an "earned run"? The same with a hit batsman. I believe at least 3 of the 4 runs were "earned" during that game. Could be wrong. Really doesn't matter though, Everett is a good pitcher, but will need to work on his self control to survive at the next level. Saw him show alot of emotion during that game. By the way, a little advice, stop looking at your dad everytime something doesn't go your way.
