The Raiders and Pride game did not have to be played they both qualified for Nationals.

 

The 10/u State was a real even tournament; The Extreme & FCA team appeared to be the most athletic team there.

Friday

FCA defeated TN Raiders 40 – 32 with the game in drought until the final minute.

Cookeville Ladies defeated the Top Gun by double digits

 

Saturday

Cookeville Ladies defeated the Raiders by 4 a real close battle

FCA defeated the Top Gun by 21

 

TN Raiders defeated the Top Gun

FCA defeated the Cookeville Ladies in a close one.

 

In the other Pool I didn’t get to see ant of the games but heard the Extreme was the beast in that pool. 1 With the Express and Pride were pretty even. It should be a good final Sunday.

 

A good state tournament with some really good teams they should represent Tennessee Well in Orlando.

Final scores: FCA defeated Xtreme with 3 seconds left by hitting the front end of a double bonus, the game was tied, and appeared to be going into overtime until a foul occurred, final score 44-43. Third place game was won by Tn. Express over the Cookeville ladies, 39-19. Congratulation to Team pride and Tn. Raiders for also qualifying for Nationals, June 26- July 4, 2005. Also don't count the West TN. lady Tigers out, because they will qualify in a SRT, lost to Team Pride with no time on the clock, 38-37. This was truly a great tournament, and we are looking forward to next year, thank you for coming to Memphis and supporting your children. Also, thank you Dennis Colley for all your support and Peanut for the opportunity for our organization to host 10u state, along with the 17u, 17u state champs are the Lady Aces. thumb
