Riverdale's abrupt ending to the season

I undertand the rule about players participating in independent games during the season...and if Riverdale had a player that did that, they would be required to forfiet their last game...unfortunaltely, their last game was a tournament game so by losing their would be no tomorrow so to speak... why doesn't this rule apply to players playing national teams? CAK has a player that plays U-15 national...how can he come back and play for his team after he has done that...also, can someone explain how so many teams play more than 15 matches alloted by the TSSAA...just curious...

The TSSAA gives permission for players who are participating in regional or national ODP. We (as well as players like Daniel Kelly, and others) received written permission BEFORE the season that allows those players to play in games that represent the USA.

 

You can schedule 2 tournaments that only "count" as 2 games, but you can play more than that in those consecutive days. That way, you could get 4 games in a weekend, but it only officially count as 2.

i believe if they were still in it they would be where blackman is right now.. at a great shot to win the region.. yes they were that good.. they lost to tullahoma 3-1 but that was their worst game of the season so you guys can speculate all you want.. the season is over and next year they will be so hungry

Next year riverdale will be real unstopable force. They are returning over half their starters from last season plus,word on the street is that Phillip Stevenson will be joining th 2006 team. Rollins brothers,Reed, Willis,Stevenson? Talk about a DYNASTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i am guessing you are stevenson and are going to every board saying you are gonna be on that team and be the best player...

 

and you wont be able to play baseball AND soccer AND your travel team thumb
