His facility is in Hermitage. Cages in the building and four field complex behind Target on Lebanon Road. Every lesson is one-on-one ONLY. Check with STD and the Goodpsture girls if you want more references. Brewer knows him, also. Great eye for finding flaws in a swing. Attention to details makes all the difference. Wouldn't you agree, STD?

Softballscout, it is too late. The word is out. Wag does book up really fast. Everybody wants you when you are the best. What else would you expect from a DuPont graduate?

great atmosphere with wags, bronson, scotty, and angela. they also have a personal trainer on-site named Doug who is also great with the players.

Also check with (catchman), not sure where he teaches now but he is great at teaching all aspects of the game. And there is no one who will treat your child better. He thinks all of the girls are his grandaughters. Great with the younger ones.

And if they ever need him for anything ,he will be there for them.He truely loves the game and you will see him at some park all the time watching and cherring the ladies on. Hes one of a kind.

 What is going on at Club K? My daughter just came back from lessons this weekend at Club K and she said that Emily informed her students that she would not be giving lessons any longer because she was leaving Club K. First Kim leaves and now Emily. Is there something going on that we should be informed about? Also a lot of the students are not happy with the replacements that are for Kim. Any one have any info on any of this?

Emily's leaving is her own decision. She wants to move closer to her family. She has enjoyed her time at Club K and is not unhappy, just homesick.

Club K does a great job of instruction; however, they do a great job of sucking up everyone's money too. The girls and parents who go there for years and years are doing nothing more than wasting their money. I read where someone had been going since hermitage. I have been around Club K since it was a small two batting cage and one pitcher area hole in the wall in Brentwood. No one but Cheri, Doe, and a lady by the name of Julie Armstrong were there. They do know what they are talking about but no more than others around do. After two years (and even that is a stretch) you aren't learning anything new. You are just paying to use their facilities for reps that could be done easily and free somewhere else. If you are worried about the credentials send your girls to the UT summer camp Ralph and Karen coached the U.S. olympic softball team in 2000. There are other cheaper more sensible sources to learn the game. There have even been a few names listed on this board. I'm all for using Club K as a base to get your basic fundamentals down but after that it is on the individual player to get better.

    • It's time to play everybody's favorite game of how is this season going to go. I'll undertake the fool's errand of a prediction. Encourage the region 2 fans to do the same. Cloudland: Top until they get beat always seem to perform year in year out with a small changing roster. Cosby, North Greene: These two could finish in either order they didn't have big senior classes. Lots of young guys got experience last season and most of their best athletes are upperclassmen it'll depend on coaching and if the kids can put it all together.  Jellico, Unaka: Like the two above could finish in either spot both of them lost key pieces to graduation. It'll depend on how returners play and if young guys can fill shoes.  Hancock: Small roster size devastated by a big senior class that took a lot of the experience and athleticism with them.
    • Confident that Marion, Moore, and Gordonsville are losses.  7-3 would be a nice turnaround.  5-5, 4-6, 3-7, etc. and it's a disappointment
    • Win the Watertown game, you can start 4-0. Lose it and you might be anywhere from 0-4 to 3-1.
