If 1/3 of the reports are true concerning 10/15 harriman fans chanting "choker", the individuals officiating the game should be banned from state tourney level for one year. The umps have the power to stop such a childless act. The games are for students, players, family and friends to experience. They are not proffesionals, they dont get paid to play. To have a bunch of half-wit adults chanting remarks to a single player is down right trash. Its great to cheer for your team, but to cheer against another high-school team in such a vocal level is garbage. DCA not to worry, you will be able to sign the paychecks of harriman players one day when they work for the company that you own....

You talk about trash and classless yet you post a comment reguarding DCA players signing paychecks for Harriman players when they work for a company a DCA player might grow up to own now that is classless and insulting. Yes Harriman is a small town and we have a small school compared to those we faced in the state tourney yet our players walked into Memphis and played everyone who came at them and played them hard.The players themselves worked hard to get to Memphis and they earned it. Just because a few parents or fans from both sides got a little out of control which is not acceptable under any cercomstances does not mean you belittle the players who worked hard to get there just as I am sure the DCA players did. Our school might be small but they are proud and they play their hearts out for their teammates, their school ,their coaches and their fans. It seems some people making comments here should do as I have always been told when it comes to sports leave it on the field nothing ever needs to be said off the field that would insult or belittle another player.So as I see it now if Harrimans fans should be ashamed for what they said then this containem1289 which seems to be a DCA fan should be ashamed as well. Everyone on both side seems to be forgetting these are High school boys it is suppose to be fun for them and a learning experience it isnt about the parents or fans or how much money one team might make verses the other once they grow up and get out into the big bad world it is still HIGH SCHOOL.
