Congratulations to Taylor Parrish!

Recommended Posts

According to Harpeth Hall's website, Harpeth Hall standout Taylor Parrish has verbally committed to play for Virginia Tech in the fall of 2006. This coming season will be Taylor's senior year at HH.

Please congratulate her whenever you see her. She is not only an outstanding player, but from personal experience, I know she's one of the most genuine and kind people I've EVER run into on the volleyball court.

Congratulations, Taylor! I'll be sure to congratulate you in person too.

Mature & Sportsmanlike on and off the crt.

Respectful to her players, other players, coaches, fans.

What a great role model for all of us for the good that is in youth athletics and for the fact that maybe it's not all about rubbin it in the face of people in other-colored shirts. You know ..really.

Taylor, I wish I had of been like you!

Congratulations, Taylor. I have enjoyed watching you play over the years and look forward to your coming senior year at Harpeth Hall. Virginia Tech is a fine school so much success there as well.

Taylor is a great person as well as a great player. She never gives up and always hustles. A great role model for younger players.

Hope to see you play in the coming season.

    • also was told coady auston applied, he served as defensive coordinator for greenfield under don pitt several years ago before going to Obion county
    • TSSAA restrictions for hiring non-faculty coaches have been removed for over a year at this point. In the past a non-faculty person had to be "grandfathered" by being an assistant coach for five years, being fingerprinted, and having a background check run per TSSAA rules... since those were rescinded, the board of directors for the school district are responsible for any/all restrictions on hiring non-faculty personnel. I guess what I'm saying to you is that if you really wanted what you posted, it's already possible as long as your local BOE will allow for it.
    • stop it, rlh. you’re gonna get me all misty eyed and sentimental.    i see seven fairly regularly. ….but slim shady, that’s like spotting bigfoot on main street. you just hope he doesn’t spot you.
