I REALLY DON'T SEE MP HAVING A CLOSE GAME UNTIL MAYBE THE SEMIS OR THE CHAMPIONSHIP GAME THIS SEASON. I THINK THEY ARE PROBABLY JUST TOO TALENTED FOR THE REST OF THEIR REGION 6 OPPONENTS THIS YEAR ALONG WITH EVERYONE ELSE, UNTIL THEY HIT TROUSDALE CO.

What sort of offense is Ezell running this year? Does anyone know?

The Tigers win,but Ezell puts up a fight and keeps it within 30. MP has the best 3 RB's in their region and 3 of the best 5 in the state. 12,30 and 3 can tote the rock and rock your jock.

If Mt.Pleasant stops #22 then it will be over by halftime. If they dont then i see Mt.Pleasant winning in a fairly close game.

HAHA so mt. pleasant got it handed to them??? looks like it was just a fluke (the last two seasons). POWERHOUSE, haha. Maybe one day when Mt. Pleasant gets a private school.

mt pleasant fans have to realize that last years glory isnt going to mean much now.....you have to move on with a different team and hope for the best

All I can say is that Carl Gettis, a junior, is way better than MP's 3 running backs; who cannot be 3 of the best 5 in the state. Watch out for #22 if he stays healthy. Ezell, one game doesn't mean a thing. . .15 do, so keep your heads and stay focused, show the passion you have for the game in every play and in every practice.

The Tiger team did not play well last night at all. I'm not saying that to sound like an excuse, but it's the truth. One loss doesn't mean a thing so keep your heads up Tigers and play hard with a lot of heart. Mt. Pleasant doesn't have the experience that they had last year, but I look for a lot of improvement throughout the season. Good luck Tigers!
