Comparing common opponents is not very accurate. I have seen teams who beat some teams and then lose to another. It all depends on how your team matches up with their opponent.

How many turnovers did each team have?

 

Lewis County had only 1, a fumble inside the 10 that led to Waverly's first touchdown, Waverly had 2 fumbles and 4 interceptions

Lewis had more than 1 fumble b/c #54 made hatton fumble but waverly didnt get the ball. Oh, and waverly scored on the first drive of the game and the 2nd TD came from like a 25 to 30 if not 40 yard TD run by Blue.

Guess what........... we won, in my book and everyone else's, A WIN IS A WIN. Waverly brought on a good rushing attack, We came out flat in the first half, but got tired of messing around and kicked it in Overdrive in the 4th quater scoring 3 unanswered touchdowns.

you know, ya'll are makin it sound like waverly was nothin, if i remember correctly tha game was a close one all night untill tha 4th quarter when #24 fumbled tha kick off return... that was the part that changed the whole game, it was like waverly jus seemed to have lost hope after that, but they did hold em to cause them to punt. then we would go and turn it over again and that was tha one that lead to lewis co's td.......if you ask me the game was as even matched as it could of been, both teams played awsome, could of played better.... waverly, we gotta keep our heads up and look foward to a big game against camden... as long as we play as hard as we did friday night look for another good and close game......
