I have been to quite a few games in my 20+ years of keeping stats and covering games for various media outlets and my pick for the best game I have ever been to is....."The Miracle on Mountain View", October 21, 2005, Ooltewah 42, Oak Ridge 37.

 

It's 4:30 AM, and I am still in shock, disbelief, and just plain numb over the game. I can't figure out how Ooltewah managed to come back (down 30-7 with about 19 minutes left in the game), make a game of it, and to beat it all win it. And especially after how PATHETIC the Owls played at Farragut, made the result all the more improbable.
