How good will Rockwood's girl's team be? Who are there key players?

I believe Rockwood will win district 3 but that is not as strong as District 4. If they were still in District 4 they might not even finish in the top 4.

ROCKWOOD girls started off weak they where not the team to pick althogh COACH ALLEN put in some hard work and now they should finish strong

Rockwood is as good defensively as any team in Region 2-A. Offensively is where they struggle. They don't have a lot of girls that can break down a defense off the dribble and that makes it tough. They have also had a lot of injusries/sickness this year. I think their top three scorers have missed a combined 25-30 games plus another starter has played limited minutes due to an ankle injury. However, they're healthier now than they have been all season and that could lead to a team that peaks at tournament time. Last year, they made a great tournament run before falling to Coalfield by 4 points in the Region 2-A semifinals. The Lady Tigers will be a darkhorse team come tournament time, but they could just as easily make a good run as they could get put out by Harriman in the first round of the district tournament.
