fightingirish
That is why Tennessee is never any good (not in the past couple of years). They never go after people from their own state. Lets go to Califorina and get someone and over look a good player from a 2A or even a 1A program. I don't blame him.................he wanted to run deep routes instead of screens and five yard outs!!

Cougars2State
That is why Tennessee is never any good (not in the past couple of years). They never go after people from their own state. Lets go to Califorina and get someone and over look a good player from a 2A or even a 1A program. If Coach Cutcliffe comes back, watch out. He not only brings experience, but discipline also. And Lord knows, they need that...BAD! I know for a fact that Fulmer (and other big-time coaches) came to GP to recruit him. It was almost a daily occurrence. I don't think they overlook players from here, necessarily. What about David Holbert, Gerald Riggs, Jr., Austin Rogers, LaMarcus Coker, etc.? The way it is right now, Pat made a great choice. Only time will tell if it was a good long-term decision or not. He's a nice kid, though. And it's been kind of cool keeping up with him. I wish him the best!
