teams - when brother martin comes, they win so lets start there. i'll follow that with grissom, mba, cbhs, peachtree, and c'ville.

 

the next bunch, not in any particular order will include briarcrest, cordova, g'town, harding, houston, munford, ridgeway, and st. benedict.

 

individuals - can't really say because i haven't seen enough yet. even though it's early, usually we've seen everyone by now except for this year.

 

on the left side front, really interested in what the head lifeguard at the wave pool shows up with. (by the way, nice article in the local fishwrap about deedee this week) he's sporting seven ranked lifeguards at the pool in the preseason....

 

depending on weights could be some great matchups. i'll wait until after I see the brackets and go from there.

of course I am pulling for my dragons, but it will be Brother Martin, Grissom, then my dragons either 3rd or fourth. I think they will be the top area team though, with CBHS close behind.

surprises - mba has the lead. two big pins at 71 and 89 v. brother martin vaulted them into the gold as of friday night. dragon looks sluggish and doesn't have all of their weapons at their disposal. head lifeguard at the wave pool missing deedee who would have most certainly scored well but glad to hear he is only missing due to food poisoning and not something worse. leader o' the dark side should be pleased with the mustang showing, backing up my theory that mustang is better tournament than dual team. upsets of seeded wrestlers as usual and we'll see who can wrestle back.

 

can't wait until saturday. lot's of good matchups.
