TC Jennings

Is he a Unapproved Website listed athlete? Has he made it past the Middle TN radar? Why is it, that you never hear a buzz about kids like Jennings?

 

Gaston Miller, Preston Brown, LaMarcus Coker, Tremayne Coger .... I just don't get it. Yes I have seen them all play in person and to me, none holds a candle to what Jennings can do for a football team. They are all great athletes, but what I don't understand is why the four running backs are considered Div I SEC prospects and Jennings is ????

 

As a UT fan I think Jennings is better than Clausen and Ainge put together!! He reminds me of Cutler from Vandy

Who is looking at him. He is a very smart kid,,,made over 30 on his ACT.

Yes, a school could sign him to an acaemic scholarship and have him play football. He could play several positions.

Rivals lists Alabama and Vanderbilt as potential schools (link).

 

Sounds like he could be a good candidate for Ivy League football as well.

Things are going to heat up real soon on this thread. There is a ton of interest in him and he has already had offers. I won't say too much but stay tuned SEC Fans.

He doesn't have the arm strength of a Cutler or an Ainge, but he is a FOOTBALL PLAYER! That goes a long ways. He could be a QB at the next level, or maybe a strong safety. Someone will be lucky to get him.

Read in the paper this morning that Furman is in the mix, as well as Eastern Kentucky, Austin Peay, Charleston Southern and Murray State.

I have seen TC stand at the 50 and throw the football through the goal post stand still. That is atleast a 70 yard toss. Arm strenght not a issue.

Read in the paper this morning that Furman is in the mix, as well as Eastern Kentucky, Austin Peay, Charleston Southern and Murray State.

 

Furman and Eastern Kentucky are always two quality I-AA programs. Murray State has a new head coach in Matt Griffin who turned around UT-Martin's football program in three years. Austin Peay is getting scholarships finally this year but they are a long way away from winning an OVC Championship.
