A nice win for Oakland. Really should have been able to take Tullahoma out of the game before halftime, but credit to Tullahoma for keeping it close for a little while. The Tullahoma faithful may think that Tullahoma played horrible defense, but they were playing a Oakland team that was virtually superior in every phase of the game, especially in the speed and athleticism departments

Darian Martin was a beast tonight, grabbing 9 rebounds with 8 points, was nice to see him have a decent game, Oakland is going to need more of the same if they are to have any chance against Siegel friday night. Jaffarious did a fine job of guarding Barnes, alot of the points Cass scored were either when Jay was out of the game or when the reserves were in. Was a little disappointed in our post defense, but it did have some bright spots, I will cut the big guys some slack as Rogers is a hard matchup considering how big and wide the man is.

Part of the game ball has to go to deandre maupin as he was a big reason why Oakland was able to pull away in the 3rd. When this kid is in transition, hes almost impossible to stop, seems to always know where his teammates are on the break

Interesting strategy on Tullahoma's part to try to clog up the inside and make Oakland win from the outside, needless to say, that strategy didnt exactly work as Chaisson had another solid outing. Anyways, on to Siegel................
