Oakland v. Tullahoma

In years past, this has been a game that more often than not, it wasnt too hard to predict a Oakland win in this one, but Tullahoma has some nice wins on their schedule, they also have some pretty bad losses, hard to get a real good read on them, but given Tullahoma's struggles in this past against Oakland and the fact that this game is at Tullahoma, I say Tullahoma will come out with a little extra fire. However, Ill say Oakland by 10+

From what I understand, Tullahoma has some hostile crowds at home. For some crazy reason, they absolutely hate Oakland anyway. So Hope we can get back on the winning track against them on Tues. I esp hope that BULLDOZERRRR and Fann are back ready to romp.

not really the only people that are their are parents the students don't show up untill the boys game for good reasons

Tullahoma is a good team. When they are on they remind you of Cookeville b/c they live and die with the long ball. Riverdale was fortunate to beat them at RHS on a last second 3pt buzzer beater by Andrew Barrett. Of course that was without Kit and our best player Scott, and Michael Young but no doubting they are a good team. There crowd is second to Siegel from what I have seen. The game was at Riverdale but it was a home court advantage as far as fans and crowd noise for Tullahoma even though they were the visitors. And I played there twice in my career and played there last year and I LOVE that gym and that student section and crowd is WILD. Oakland fans should make a trip to this game..... Its always a fun game in that gym.

Thanks for the great info on T Town. We have scrimmaged them many times over the yrs in football, and they are def a HOSTILE bunch......even the parents get into the act. I have never watched a bball game against them that i can remember, but I may have to make this trip after all.

    • We could sure use some math teachers country wide. Ever go into a store or restaurant and the bill comes to $9.97 and you give them a ten dollar bill and 2 pennies because you wanted a nickle back and then the meltdown starts and the next thing two more people have to come and help figure it out and the place comes to a complete halt. I see this everyday and it's a sad representation of all these schools allowing these kids out the door to get shortchanged the rest of their life.
    • I like the Pirates chances. I’ll be there as soon as work allows.
    • Stars, I heard we were searching far and wide for some math teachers. Any chance their kids bench press or 40 times are getting checked? LOL I’ve heard good things from 825.
    • I think it was expected. “Bad” luck I guess to get a couple difference maker QBs in the same class. I thought the decision was made a little early myself, but they were struggling offensively last year.  I assume the running quarterback alco had last year would be a senior this fall, and the transfer would start the following two years in addition to getting a ton of playing time this year. Maybe he waits two yrs, but I doubt it. The kid is good. So is the one who stayed.
    • I'm from Cloudland and we've never played a sectional game.  We need to win tomorrow night to avoid that bus ride.  Us and north greene can play with you guys so I'm expecting good games whoever the matchup is.
