Joe Waddell is a legend. He once told me that he wrestled a bear and a lion at the same time. Said he would have won, but they cheated when Sherry Martel distracted the ref, and both jumped him in the ring at the same time. I would have loved to see that match, but he said the tape got erased. He also said at his current age, he could still do it but insisted that the bear would have to be under 300 lbs. this time.
