Just because Coach Lambert has applied for other coaching jobs does not mean that he will be choosen for any of those jobs.

If Tony Lambert doesn't get the Powell job, he'll get one soon enough. He's a great coach and someone will snap him up.

I agree oskie. He will make a good one. He is a coach that everyone likes. He is first class. He is one of the hardest working coaches that I know.

If Lambert does leave the indians they will have some big shoes to fill. He is a great coach that works hard. He also brings the desipline to the team and the team loves him. He is a natural leader and the players respect him and they know where he stands on everything.

Onieda, Listen up! Whatever it takes to keep Lambert, Do it! Top notch coach, better person. The Indians will suffer without his leadership. Word of advice though, if you really want to get better next year, let Tony coordinate BOTH sides of the football, or hope the OC gets one of the Head jobs that he has applied for. How many is that? He must be unhappy.
