Lamar Brown is one of the finest young men that I know and I was a strong supporter for him to get the HC job at JCHS. He will make a fine coach for some school if they can get him away from Mo West.

If I remember right wasn`t Brown the leading candidate before Euverard threw his hat in the ring?

Billy Seals will be the next coach, if he wants it. Look at what Johnson told Smith and the newspaper. He wants a East guy, someone that knows what its like on the East side of town. He said he wants someone young that can connect with the kids. Johnson all but gave you Billy Seals name in the interview, and did mention him at the end of the conference. So, don't look for much to come out of this as a hunt for whatever, Seals is the man. I believe that he is the best fit for the school and program. Not to mention he deserves his chance.

Billy was an All-State player for the Canes, played D1 college football, and has had five years experience as an assistant for two outstanding veteran head coaches in Frazier, and Smith. I agree with laduke ( do i know you?) that it is a no brainer to offer the job to him. He is qualified and deserving of the opportunity to coach his alma mater.
