The big girl quit after the game @ RBS which leaves H.S. with hardly any size in the post.I agree that they could be better than what they show but I think they all go in thinking theyre going to lose& they have hardly any support.Most fans just go to watch the boys.But have they really got anyone to work with them?

 

that is right hs as no big player.they do think they are going to lose and usally the fans don't come to watch the girls.i think if the fans believed in the girls then girls could do more cause they don't believe in themselves either.but one of the days they will surpise the crowd.all they need is some support!!

Hermitage Springs needs a coach to come in and actually try and be a coach...HS may never win a district, but they could atleast compete, and have a say so in who wins it every now and then...

 

There other sports could also use a coach who wants to be there and actually try and coach the kids, and be there for more than one year...Look at softball they seem to have the same people who are there, and they compete almost every year as well...Baseball team has had 3 different coaches that I know of the last 3 years...I believe basketball is the same way...I poke a lot of fun at HS because of the way some of them got on here and talked, but I do wish that they could get some kind of program built...

they are at an unfair advantage(so close to RBS and Clay) they need to merge

into those schools.

      Tough situation.  Not sure the ROI is there right now.   Might be better options that are cheaper.

      Yeah summer ball is really fun, but a lot of coaches are trying to play several kids to get much needed reps that they are not accustomed to. I would imagine Gibson County will have lots of players playing to get much needed reps. Want to win games but got to get experience as well and the rotation will be much deeper. I will be at MTSU, UTM Bethel and others. MTSU is the one I really look forward to.

      Its always interested to see the state teams the following summer after losing or not losing seniors and getting freshman and transfers. It's almost time.

      Maryville has Alcoa on the schedule at the right time of the season which helped last year instead of at the first of the year not knowing much. West will be hard pressed to repeat this year but next will be a different story.
