olympian
Brandon Vernon from John Overton. He has pro potential. He may go in the early rounds. If not, some school will be getting a great catcher. I've seen this kid play - - if he keeps his head on straight - - he is the real deal! StriperGuy24
Trey Lucas from Halls is going to be really big for Halls. He has gotten Stronger and faster. He is going to have to be productive behind Lockwood or he is not going to get anything to hit.
cbg
Brandon Vernon from John Overton. He has pro potential. He may go in the early rounds. If not, some school will be getting a great catcher. Vernon is about 6'1" & 170 pounds. He is a very solid high school catcher with possible D1 potential but the chances are slim that he will even be drafted. IMO, the only player form John Overton that has draft potential is the pitcher Richie Goodenow. Edited February 15, 2006 by cbg
