Guest catfish-hunter
Did anyone else see how Bud Pole qualifying got yanked off the air today after 47 cars had qualified?????? I hope you all had SPEED today because if not then you are left wondering who is going to be on the front row for next Sunday's Daytona 500. Guest catfish-hunter
Anyone who missed it let me say Jeff Burton is on the pole and Jeff Gordon will be starting second.
The General
Yeah, that kinda made me mad also. If they had been cutting away to a football game, then I would be fine, but instead they cut away to the crazy olympics....

I don't know for sure. Wildcat 1970
polk_wildcat
NBC's coverage of NASCAR has always stunk!!! I think FOX's coverage is much better!!!
mctigersportsfan
Both Networks stink in my book. Racing is now a crapload of commercials with a little racing on the side. Since NASCAR signed on with the big TV deals this is what has happened. FOX, NBC and others are shelling out major dollars for the ratings that NASCAR brings and we the fans suffer because of the number of commericals needed to allow the networks to pay these astronomical numbers to NASCAR. I agree there is way too many commercials on FOX and NBC. All it is these days is money, money, money.
