You know c-rep that the ambulance had to come from a long ways away.

 

haha yea..what its a half a mile down the road....they actually got lost finding the field...and then when they were pulling off they left a door open and had to stop to close it. ....unbelievable

Having been at this "play day", it is really immaterial to try to decipher anything out of these games as to who beat who. The bigger schools played their JV's against the smaller schools and so on. These tournaments are good for the players that will not play much during the year and for coaches to determine their starters before the season starts.

 

 

Some small schools have been beating some larger schools(Varsity players) for years in regular season and tournaments. By the way, at this play day, Summertown was without the services of 5 girls who started last year on the softball team. They were still involved in basketball.

I did not mean to imply anything just answering a question that someone had asked.

I hope the girl from Culleoka has a fast recovery.

yea it was kinda sad considering that u can c the hospital from the fields it took them around 25 minutes to get there they drove past the gate onto the field had to go all the way around finally got on the field and up to the batter and put her in and let the ambulance sit there for around 20 minutes while they finished there slurpies that they stopped and got on the way to the field o well thats what the call maury counties finest lol

MC JV lost to Culleoka: score? don't know!

MC beat Shelbyville: 1-0

MC tied Coffee Co: 0-0 (I don't think Lintz pitched this game, but neither did their starting pitcher)

MC beat Mount Pleasant: score? don't know!

I think this is correct and factual ---they just don't think anyone knows!

It's all a political nightmare and it's wrong! I hope this makes sense!!

 

On some Maury County blogs it has been reported that on the week-ends

there is a shortage of ambulances! Why you ask??? During the week-ends there

are no private companies that usually transport non-emergency patients to

other surrounding counties! (that by the way, don't have an ambulance service)

Therefore, Maury County tax payers are paying for these transports (and this

being all political of course) to and from our county! They may just be taking

Granny back to the nursing home after a hospital admission(I "never" disrespect any

of "my" elders-just an example)or any other transport services they provide.

 

So what does that leave us...emergencies that have delayed or no response

calls in Maury County!

 

I would "never" make excuses for these actions...just trying to give an explaination....

I thought was ridiculous myself! from what I read here!!!! I'm like Culleokarep

in that I know a bunch of those drivers and know it has to be frustrating

to them because I know how they are! As for the slurpies I would consider

that very unprofessional....but I was not there, my family was they did not

say they saw this!

 

Which leads me to aquestion I don't know...Why are there ambulances

at football games. Maybe demand, lack of manpower, or ambulances???

Or something else???

Is this a requirement of the school system or TSSAA? Just wondering! Can

someone inform us??

Totally agree that there should be ambulances at all softball tournaments. Girls can just as easily get hurt in a softball game as guys can get hurt in football games.

yea spring hill played some great ball...and bree definately didnt disappoint

you sound very jealous...i was complimenting someone who was doubted coming onto the team and she had the best performance on the team...so quit being a nitpicker and get off my back
