I'm not sure about the others...

Loretto could be really good if they had better pitching. No offense to the pitcher, but there is a lot of talent on that team.

who are your picks for the top 10 AA teams in the state?

 

My opinion..

 

1 Marshall County - Lintz on the mound makes this team a favorite for a repeat

2 Goodpasture - Wiessenger (sp) scores at least 2 runs a game on her own (she

is that good....seriously)

3 Boyd Buch. - Solid Chattanooga team....always a contender

4 Creekwood - Building on a good season last year

5 Seymour - Maybe the year to break out (hopefully)

6 Alcoa - Could be Brittany's year to make a run

7 East Ridge - Sooo many good players in Chattanooga

8 Unicoi - Good coaching....good fundamentals....always in the mix

9 Gibbs - The best program year to year in the state....any classification...period

10 CAK - Newcomer to AA.....may turn some heads

 

Sorry, didn't mean to leave out W. Tn teams....just don't know many?

I think Camden and Lexington will be really good this year in W. TN. Also USJ moved up to AA so we will see how competitive they are this year in the new division.

Marshall County was a really strong team last year. We played them in the regional tournament and their pitcher was one of the best we faced all year.

 

We hung tough and it was 0-0 in the bottom of the 6th when they scored on a two-out hit.

 

They were very fundamentally sound and well coached.

 

I wouldn't be surprised if they won it all again.
