That sounded like a good game unitl half what happened to jackson in the second half to clay just pick up there game or did jackson go into a slump and could not hit anything?

Clay picked up there defense and JC couldnt get a good shot and when they would get a good shot they missed it! Clay really stepped up the D and deserved the W. JC got up 24-11 and after that Clays D just got them outta of a rythm and they never got it back! Good luck to Clay Co. and all the other 7a teams in the rest of the tourney we'll be rootin for ya in Gainesboro!

Yea, great finish by the Dawgs. Gave up 3 points over about 12 minutes between the second and third quarters. Tomarrow should be good.

true, but some other factors played in destroying jc's rythm. congrats to the blue devils on a good season. you've been fun to watch, looking forward to seeing you back bigger and better next year. good luck to 7a in the sub state games.

I still think if 3 of Jackson County's starters didnt get in foul trouble in the first half and allow Clay to come back from the huge lead JC had, JC would have won. Good season Blue Devils, 17-17 is a big improvment from 7-24!
