Must be fairly new to this game called basketball:

 

2002-2003 MSU 21-10 1stround NCAA 1pt loss to Butler (Butler advanced to sweet 16)

2003-2004 MSU 26-4 2nd round NCAA loss to a team they had beaten once in the regular season xavier (Xavier advanced to the elite 8 and was 3 points away from beating Duke).

2004-2005 MSU 23-11 2nd round NCAA loss to a team you might have heard of and they lead late in the game, Duke.

 

Bottom line, MSU is no slouch, or improving, this was a down year...they'll be back.

I couldve told you that. I actually have always liked them decently. BIG LAWRENCE ROBERTS fan. There going to make some noise with the Delks down there.Just saying they werent to great this year but no doubt they were a good program for a few years before. Thank god for the Baylor fiasco.
