no one on the planet earth will ever run under 4 seconds! you are very mistaken, where did you hear this? people have heard the time 4.3 thrown around so much, no one is even impressed with it anymore. no one thinks of it being fast even. i will tell that no person in the nfl can run under 4.2( which is lighning by the way.)4.4 is considered great speed for nfl recievers for goodness sake! your saying that someone runs .5 seconds faster than that? i looked at a pre-draft analysis about michael vick once and it said he ran 4.45(which is very fast!!)i still can't believe you said 3.9!!!!!!!!!!

I have heard of people running the 40 yard dash with a running start, and I've heard people running these with times like 3.8 and 3.9, but the general rule to these is to find his true 40 time you would add .6 seconds to it. So maybe Vick ran one with a running start at 3.9, by adding the .6, he really ran a 4.5. That sounds very logical, about how fast Vick really is. Now with that settled, more important things.

Hasaan Rasheed of Whites Creek is without a doubt the fastest baseball player I have seen in Tennessee. He has been clocked in the 60 by professional scouts at showcases at times of 6.26 and 6.29, they made him run it twice because they didn't believe his first time.... Like someone said, 6.3 is usually as fast as it gets, and Hasaan is one of the few who can run it that fast.

My coach played pro ball and also played middle infield... a player has to really be able to run to be a middle infielder but 6.3 60 is like the same as a 4.1 40, scouts look at 6.6 60 and lower but not any slower then a 6.7 for middle infielder. But it really doesn't matter to me I run like a 7.4 60. But I pitch so that doesn't matter

ok, there it goes again. so what your saying is that derek jeter can run a 4.1 or better. that also means that he runs faster than every single football player entering the draft which includes many dbs and receivers. i personally do not believe that a derek jeter(although he is an exceptional athelete) runs faster than probably all nfl receivers. that is just crazy. what you were really saying is that all middle infeilders are required to run 4.1?!? what ever happened to people marveling at a 4.3 time? i thought that was good? apparently not good enough to play short or second.
