Falcons got an end to play opposite of Kerney and with Coleman inside they could have one of the league's better fronts. The Colts got rid of a cancer who choked in the postseason in Vanderjagt and added the best clutch kicker of all in Vinatieri. The Bears got the quarterback they wanted in Brian Griese.

NOTE: In the Falcons deal they were one of three teams involved in the trade. The other two were obviously the Jets as well as the Broncos (who jump 14 spots to pick in the opening round of the draft).

Great addition for the Falcons....

Yes it is. A lot of people wants to blame Vick for the season the Falcons had last year but the truth was there defense was terrible.

This will give Atlanta a very good front as he will likely start at right end while left end will be Patrick Kerney and Pro Bowl tackle Rod Coleman will man one of the middle spots.

The Falcons have made several moves the past couple of days to help there defense. On Monday, Atlanta added two safeties, signing Lawyer Milloy to a three-year deal worth $6 million and acquiring Chris Crocker from Cleveland for a fourth-round pick in 2006.
