Thanks for the advance copy last week. I printed up 100 copies and sold them for $10 a piece at various other sites besides Riverdale - the check is in the mail.......

Blackman lost 6-3 to a pretty good (they have already beaten Riverdale this year) Ravenwood, lost 6-1 to Clarksville and won 13-3 over Pope Paul John II

So Loretto leaves the tournament with a 4-0 record and got nothing?!? Loretto may have gave up 19 but 12 came in there LAST game which no other team that went 3 - 0 played. You take away those twelve in the fourth game and I believe that Loretto wins the tourny if i am not mistaken...Either way they did their jobs and gained the respect of alot of teams out there....

Why is it any more fairer to penalize teams for not getting their four games in?

 

Bottom Line? IT DOESN'T REALLY MATTER! It is just fun. So, this year, just like last year's rain-shortened classic, we had a MTC... I guess I could start going with strength of schedule and RPI and opponents' strength of schedule and their RPI and their district's RPI and ....

 

Bottom line? Did you see some good baseball and have a good time? Your mileage may differ.....
