Would you say Highschool soccer is meant more for fun then being competitive or what?

Having fun through competition. If you want to just have fun and not compete, join the boy scouts. Competition is, at least for me, a big part of what makes high school sports fun. I love to play soccer and I love to compete, so there ya go

Well said. That's exactly what I was thinking. The competition and team unity make high school soccer fun for me.

I have my 2 cents on that. High school soccer is also about pride. Its about representing you and your school. By letting everyone know where you come from and what you can do as a team. Thats what makes it fun.
