0-0 and in the last minute , Maryville keeper broke his arm,

We as a team wish the best , he played very well

How is Maryville's back up keeper?

backup keeper is a very young, just a freshman. very good athlete and good potential. he is just green.

yes the keeper breaking his arms was a HUGE LOSS for the team... the defense will have to step up and the new freshmen has some big shoes to fill. its so upsetting for a team like this with so much potential to have such a big loss.

 

but for the senior keeper to ask the doctor if he could play with a cast on is amazing showing how much he loves what he does!

what is even more sad is that the starting keeper waited til his senior year to play because of ryan jenkins (now at USC) was a year ahead of him. this was going to be his year and to have it ended like this is tragic. hes a great kid and i just hate it for him. he can't catch a break.

i am sorry to hear that as well, seeing how Maryville is a very strong team and has a chance of going to state this year, i hope that they can make up for this loss.

i wasn't there but it seems like they didn't put him up to the test that much, but Bearden told me that he is a great keeper.
