Riverdale wins Kentucky Tournament in Hopkinsville

Riverdale defeated these teams in route to the championship:

 

Manual,Ky.

Hopkinsville Central

Danville, Ky.

Wilson Central, TN.

Henderson County, Ky.

 

Henderson County had a pitcher that is as good as we have seen in Tennessee. This was a very good tournament that people in Tennessee should consider attending. Tennessee teams this year that attended: Bolton, Wilson Central, Ezell-Harding, Riverdale.

It looks like a good tournament. Henderson is ranked #6 in one poll and #8 in another. Riverdale lost to Henderson County 2-1 in the opening game, but came back to beat them in the title game 1-0. Congrats to Riverdale.

I see that Riverdale only beat Central 1-0 in the tie breaker. Are they still playing this Thursday, or has it been cancelled? Should be a good match-up, if both teams show up to play.
