It was 4-2 Bearden on PK's, not 5-3.

 

Congrats to Bearden for winning what was a very intense and fun game to watch. You earned every ounce of victory!

it's going to be a very close game that goes down to the wire. having seen both play live i'd have to go with bearden, but i said the same about the houston-h'ville game. that said hendersonville won't out physical bearden. i'll take bearden in pks.

umm. this game was kinda wierd, no real advantage anywhere the whole game, Hendersonville had a few good looks and Bearden had a few good looks.

Tom Webster played absolutely incredible, placing balls from the goal line to oncoming forwards.

Brian Walker showed up big with his save in the pk shoot out, another Hendersonville player hit the cross bar, and all four Bearden boys scored in a row:

Ryan Radcliffe, Jay Lutz, Rico, and Tom Webster.

Congrats Bearden and good luck next year (better watch out for Farragut for they are ready next year) or so says Farragut's coach.

man soccer is a funny game isnt it? hendersonville dominated the game and had atleast 80-85% of the possesion. i am not affiliated with either team but it seems to me that hendersonville deserved it more. bearden had one good shot in the game that hit the crossbar. they packed it in the middle the whole game. congrats to both teams in good game, i just think that if hhs played bhs again, their would be a different outcome. state champion=bearden high school congradulations
